For me, it’s hands down: Atomic Habits by James Clear.
It shifted the way I view success.
Not as some big, dramatic leap but rather as small, consistent actions done daily.
The line that hit hardest?
“Every action you take is a vote for the type of person you want to become.”
That one sentence made me realise:
I don’t need to feel motivated.
I just need to show up, cast the right vote, and let momentum do its thing.
Whether it’s fitness, work, or mindset - it’s all habits.
