I wonder what the best practice is for breathholds : Regular breathing I know is through the nose, but if you practice daily breathholds, what do you recommend, as a primary choice? - Inhale mouth (thinking this allows you to get more oxygen and hold your breath longer?.. maybe somehow a positive effect on your mood as well) - Or better to breathe through the nose : and what are the additional benefits of doing so?
