🏋🏾‍♂️ Move to Heal 🧘🏼‍♂️ Why Exercise Is Essential for Burnout & Anxiety Recovery
Exercise is one of the most powerful tools you have to overcome burnout and anxiety and it works faster than most people realise. Movement helps clear cortisol, stabilise your mood, and bring your nervous system back inside the Forgiveness Window. Even gentle exercise increases feel-good chemicals like dopamine and serotonin, giving your mind a sense of safety and control again. You don’t need intense workouts you need consistent movement. Find movement you enjoy and do it 🏃🏻‍♂️ exercise is medicine I would love to know, what's your favourite & least favourite exercise? 🎾 ⚽️ 🏃🏻‍♂️ 🚴🏽‍♀️

@Trent Leyshan so good ⚡️ legs are most people’s least favourite exercise at the gym so I can see how beneficial having a PT to push you would be 👊🏻 gaining extra strength and motivation at the same time

🥗Holiday & Work Trip Eating🥩
I have been in Fiji doing some professional development over the past 5 days and in the past on trips like these I have found it very easy to drop my guard and dip into the sugary sweets and desserts that are always on offer at the resort restaurants. On this trip I haven’t cracked once! Ok I have purchased 2 packs of chips/crisps to get my naughty fix but I have been so disciplined with my food choices and I am feeling so good for it. I have been locked in for big learning days and haven’t suffered the sugary come down crashes that you often feel when you let your guard down. How has everyone been eating lately? Are you consistently eating healthy or are you in a pre Christmas eating binge? 🎅🏻

🏃🏻‍♂️ Exercise = Recovery 💪🏿
We have heard it all before, do more exercise, get out and be active its good for you! Well the reason we hear this is because it's true! When I was suffering from severe anxiety and burnout it was the discipline to remain consistent in my daily movement that enabled me to get back to functioning like a human again. Exercise is possibly the most powerful natural form of medicine that exists on the planet and in alot of cases it can be free! I would love to know the communities thoughts on this and what is your go to exercise that makes you feel good? ☀️

@Trent Leyshan this has got me so excited! To have a coach to bring the best out in you is worth every cent. I don’t think anyone can be at an elite level in life without help from someone that knows the path and has walked the path before. Congrats on getting the PT and pushing to new levels 💪🏻
🏃🏻‍♂️ Move Your Body, Calm Your Mind 🧘🏿
Movement is one of the fastest ways to calm an anxious nervous system. A walk, workout, stretch session they all release tension and clear cortisol.Motion creates emotional stability. When you’re burnt out, you don’t need intense training sessions.Your body needs gentle, consistent movement to rebuild energy.Small daily activity beats occasional intensity. If your mind is spiralling, move your body.Nothing shifts your emotional state faster than physical movement.Your brain follows your body 🧠 🏃🏻‍♂️💪🏼
