We have heard it all before, do more exercise, get out and be active its good for you! Well the reason we hear this is because it's true! When I was suffering from severe anxiety and burnout it was the discipline to remain consistent in my daily movement that enabled me to get back to functioning like a human again. Exercise is possibly the most powerful natural form of medicine that exists on the planet and in alot of cases it can be free!
