Keeping up is important, and the mentor calls really help to get the maximum benefit from the intensive. Obviously, it is best to set aside the time each day to keep up. However, if you do find yourself lagging a bit, a good suggestion is to pace yourself to stay in the game. For example, if an exercise says to do 10 of something, perhaps you may need to just do three to get the main idea and to have time to still bring something to a mentor call that you are working on for a review or that you have a question about. Then, since you have lifetime access to the material, go back later and do the rest of that exercise. It seems better in my opinion to stay in pace than to keep dwelling on finishing all of one exercise (if you are already behind that is, to be clear)…and then reaching the end and finding out that you are still a couple weeks behind on the work. As mentioned, the course material is lifetime access, however once the intensive ends, so do the mentor calls. Hope this is helpful! It was suggested to me in the first one I did which helped me catch up and get the most out of the course, imo.

I have HEARS, Sonarworks and NUGEN Sigmod (for sudden unexpected sound blast protection) as my final chain, and have had it that way for the last two years. I highly recommend HEARS!
