I don’t drink coffee so remind me again of how to get my collagen in. Anyone? - Women’s Probiotic - Cranberry - D3 + K2 I started adding back in the Phormula-1 Clear and working on my water and protein intake.
Meal Prep
I’ll be spending the day meal prepping today. What are some of your favorite breakfast and lunch recipes. That hold well for the week.
@Hana Olliges we’ve had a few and my kids have both liked them, my daughter is cooking some at college, and my hubs has eaten them and like them too. It’s a win all the way around. This week is all her meals so we will see how it goes.

@Ashley Dicks any tips for the outside workout in frigid temps? Outside is doable now, I think I will struggle when it’s single digits or below zero windchills.

Hey everyone! I’m happy to be here and jump back into things. I’m Marissa, mom of 2, wife, and business over of multiple rentals. I was all into fitness about 10ish years ago and when I moved 5 years ago then had hip surgery, I kinda feel off the fitness bandwagon. My goal here is to start small with just being consistent with some type of movement each day and increasing my water. I plan to swap my junk foods out for better foods, for example, apples rather than chips, carrots rather than fries, or water instead of a soda (<— pop, I never call it soda, it’s pop…ha!). Baby steps is more effective for me to lead to giant leaps.
