Bicep curls: 3 sets of 10, two 10lb weights 15 squats for Santa! EXTRAS: 20 Lateral raises, two 5lb weights 20 Skull Crushers, two 5lb weights 20 Rear delt fly, two softballs. Couldn't handle the weights.
