Day 3
It's days like these that remind me why I'm built like a pile of marshmallows. Cause I would never, ever do this on a natural impulse. Who the heck invented frog pumps? I just wanna talk.... Hip Abductor: 3 sets of 10, standing with band. Romanian Dead Lift: 4 sets of 8, two 15lb weights. KAS Thrust: 4 sets of 8, 15lbs. Straddle Squat: 4 sets of 8, one 15lb weights. Leg Curls: 3 sets of 10, with a band. BURNOUT: 25 Glute kickbacks each leg, no resistance. I stopped at 25 cause I still gotta walk tomorrow and these things could not both occur. 20 Frog Pumps 😑 50 Calf raises

Hi my friends! I'm loving the update posts and messages from you all! Thank you for checking in. πŸ™ You all are CRUSHING IT this week! Tomorrow is the last tough workout day. Saturday will be light I promise. πŸ˜‚ I'm low key sad I haven't been able to start with yall. I'm recovering from being sick and fatigue is kicking my butt. However, I did workout today and did some light work on Monday. :) a reminder to always do your best. Sometimes your best is simply just showing up. I love you all! Goodnight 😴

I hope you feel better soon!! The fatigue is always the worst to kick when you're getting over being sick!
Day 3 done!
Ok I know I'm a day behind, but unfortunately I either overdid it on Tuesday or I got some sort of 24 hour stomach bug. I spent all day/night Wednesday throwing up and feeling queasy. I decided working out was out of the question for day 3, but I woke up totally fine today so I went back and did day 3 instead of day 4. I tried to take it a little easier today, so here's what I accomplished: Hip Abductor: 3 sets of 12 on each side (standing, no weight or band) Romanian Dead Lift: 4 sets of 8 (two 5lb dumbbells) KAS Thrust: 4 sets of 8 (used the couch and a 10lb weight) Straddle Squat: 4 sets of 8 (5lb weight) Leg Curls: 3 sets of 12 (I did these laying on my stomach with a 10lb weight on each foot) BURNOUT: 50 Glute kickbacks each leg (no weight or banded) 50 Frog Pumps 50 Calf raises The calf raises really start burning around number 35 πŸ₯΅
Day 2- Complete!
OW πŸ’ͺ😁 Chest press: 4 sets of 8, two 10lb weights Lat Pull Down: 4 sets of 8 with band Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 10, two 10lb weights Close Grip Push-ups: 3 sets of 10, had to do on a piece of furniture, couldn't do it even on knees. Bicep curls: 3 sets of 10, two 10lb weights 15 squats for Santa! EXTRAS: 20 Lateral raises, two 5lb weights 20 Skull Crushers, two 5lb weights 20 Rear delt fly, two softballs. Couldn't handle the weights.

Chest press: 4 sets of 10 - 2 5lb weights Lat Pull Down: 4 sets of 10 - used a resistance band hooked to the top of the door Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 12 - 2 5lb weights Close Grip Push-ups: 3 sets of 12 - I did inclined wall pushups to reduce the stress on my wrists, so I did 12! Bicep curls: 3 sets of 12 - 2 5lb weights 15 squats for Santa 🀢🏼 20 Lateral raises - 2 5lb weights 20 Skull Crushers - 2 5lb weights 20 Rear delt fly - 2 5lb weights I'm glad the only lower body was a the handful of squats today. I can barely move my legs πŸ˜‚
