Email automation
Hello community! Question: how do you handle email processing automation when dealing with privacy concerns? I have a customer that is considering an automation (sort of customer support email auto-reply) but is concerned about the content of the emails and exposing them to an LLM model. What are your thoughts?

@Dani Szwarc Thanks for clarifying. I really appreciate the thoughtful approach. Drafting (not auto-replying) and sanitizing upfront shows you’re balancing efficiency with responsibility, which I value a lot. What’s been the most useful lesson you’ve learned so far?

@Dani Szwarc No need to apologize, I really enjoy hearing your passion for automation! I like connecting with people by sharing how I've done work, since it’s been working well for me. It’s great to exchange ideas and learn from each other. If you’re open to it, I’d love to share ideas sometime
For beginners who don't know where to start
Most AI tutorials are made by developers, for developers. They skip steps. They throw around jargon. They assume you already know things you don't. You watch video after video and somehow end up more confused than when you started. That's not a you problem. That's a teaching problem. I made something that fixes it: -> For beginners who don't know where to start PS: If you’re already an AIS+ member, we will be rolling this out to you for free shortly. No need to buy it.

@Arthur Cabantog Great question, most courses use a mix of free and paid tools. You can usually start with free versions to learn and upgrade once you see traction. What’s your main goal going into the course?
what I’m about to share could save you hours this week.
AI automation isn’t just about tools; it’s about making your work smarter, faster, and more effective. Whether you’re new or experienced, take one small step today: automate something repetitive, test it, and see the impact. That single action can save hours and open opportunities you didn’t expect. Comment below with one task you wish AI could handle for your idea, which could inspire someone else and spark a breakthrough.

@Drimit Vask Absolutely! Automating the repetitive stuff, like data entry or report generation, can free up hours every week. The real power is using that time for creative and high-impact work. What’s one task you’d love to never do manually again, and what are you working on currently?

Where should i sell my finished product
Hi there im very new to this and i had a question about where i should focus on selling my AI Automation, I havent made any yet but i want to know what im getting into n get some useful info, for context im from croatia where i think it would be very hard or next to impossible to sell someone on a AI Receptionist or simmilar, Is there anyone here that is based in the EU but sells their product abroud in the US and could you give me some insight into that

@Matt Necu That’s great, an AI receptionist is a solid place to start, especially using n8n for the workflows. Claude is powerful, too, once the prompts and logic are dialed in. In my own journey as an AI business owner, I made several mistakes early on before discovering a system that really works for me. It’s helped reduce financial pressure and avoid taking on heavy loans to run and grow the business, which has made a huge difference. I’m always happy to share what’s worked for me, especially because others were generous enough to share their knowledge with me along the way. Would you like to hear more about the system and how it could support what you’re building?

@Matt Necu That makes complete sense. Focusing on the technical side first is the right move. Those early builds teach you things no course ever will. Keep going at your own pace and enjoy the learning phase. When you’re ready to think about turning what you’ve built into something more commercial, I’m always happy to share what’s worked for me and what I wish I’d known earlier.
