As you may know from my previous posts, my new skate setup includes wifa boot, powerdyne Arius plate, roll line Giotto 57mm wheels and beagle bearings. I took them out to a rink yesterday and so far I’m digging them. They are slightly lighter than previous skates (stock Chaya Melrose premiums with rollerbones teams wheels and Riedell 265’s with Powerdyne pro reactor plates), and a much slimmer profile. I noticed a slight change in agility but I think that has a lot to do with slimmer wheels as the Arius plate. I could pivot, pivot & land into manuals, and spin more easily.
