I just do not understand, people who are 2 weeks away from losing their home to auction, owe 280K, offer on their home 350K and an "absolutely not!" THAT IS A GOOOOOOD DEAL! Then, I feel like my buyers have seriously unreasonable expectations. I used to be an investigator and I am good at hunting things down. However, I just cannot find homes that meet the criteria some of my buyers have. I need a win so bad, I am about to lose both cars to repo! I am doing the work. I do not know what I am doing wrong! It is a very frustrating day. I am praying and working for a victory in Jesus' name so I can save our cars. YES! I am being a complete cry baby today. I do not do it often!

OK - so I've been plowing through a list of vacant lot leads. I skip traced via true people search. Now in the past I've done cold calling on SFH - some through zillow, others just driving for dollars and skip traced. The percentages I'm seeing of wrong numbers is higher than I expected - like 20% wrong numbers. Only 2 people actually answered all the others got at least a text and voicemail. The 2 that answered were among the 20% wrong number group. Is this normal (maybe for vacant lot leads?)
