Step 2 â Pull Full Property Data in PropStream Before I call, I want to know: - Ownerâs name - Mortgage status - Length of ownership - Equity position - Any signs of motivation This tells me how to frame the call and helps me personalize my questions so I sound like a proânot a script-reading rookie. Step 3 â Then (and only then), I Call At this point, Iâm prepared. I know who Iâm talking to. I know why this might be a deal. I know the angle Iâm playing.
