Now you walk in like a pro:

- With comps, data, and a clear framework

Here’s the close:
“Jackie, if we decide selling now makes sense, we’ll lay out the plan and take action. If not—we’ll still leave with a strategy so this doesn’t stay in limbo. Because the uncertainty? That’s costing you more than you think—especially if that equity just sits there doing nothing.”
