Day 1 of Drew’s Digital Hiatus
I wanted to continue to enjoy Drew’s daily sessions while he takes a well-deserved digital break. I’m posting one of his previous sessions here for Wed., July 15th in case anyone in the group would like to join in and keep our community interaction alive. Keep moving
Who else is using the sessions to keep moving everyday? Today I moved with Monday's session, and yesterday with Tuesday's. I will continue with this coundown trend until Drew comes back from his digital break. I will be here tomorrow doing Sunday's session. Keep moving. Have a great day, everyone.

Gentle but Invigorating Morning Movement
Today we’ll move at a gentle pace with just enough energy to wake up the body and lift the spirit. Go at your own pace and see if we can put a little bounce in your step while boosting your mood and energy through simple, mindful movement.

Good morning from Florida, we are under impact weather, very hot and humid, thunderstorms, the Sahara dust, you name it. But other than that, everything else was great, including this session. Have a wonderful day, everyone.

All Movement Matters
Today we celebrate all forms of movement. Whether it's yoga, Qigong, functional fitness, walking, gardening, or simply doing chores, it all counts. Every movement is worthwhile. This will be my last session for a little while as I step back from screens and spend more time cultivating presence and awareness in my own life. Thank you for moving with me. I wish you all the very best, and I look forward to seeing you again soon. Until then, keep moving.
