Dose Increase for Stall?
Started Tirz 11/17/25 @202.2lb Currently Tirz 7.5 @189lb Lowest 185.6lb Not sure what is going on. Start date above - pretty immediately reduction in appetite. Went up to 5mg beccause food noise was still loud. Kept losing maybe 2 lbs a week which seemed slow. Upped to 7.5mg on 1/12/26 and completely stopped losing. Have actually gained back about 4 pounds now. Some days there is no appetite or food noise - other days it coming screaming back and the food plan goes out the window. Mind you - no fast food - no soda - no alcohol. I am very aware of not feeling hungry at all and have tried to maintain eating (I have absolutely no nausea) - eggs - shrimp - plain burgers - etc. Have I just bottomed out my metabolism? I have purchased quite the quantity of 60mg vials because I assumed (before I learned and found this group) that I would be going up every 4 weeks on dosing so the 60mg vials would be great because they would last me 6 weeks. But now I don't know what to do? Should I go up to 10mg and see what happens? Thanks

@Tyme Peptide hormones are good - I stay under 20g carbs a day - focus is on solid whole food protein - no shakes

@Derek Pruski ok thank you
Bac water
II've never placed my bac water in the fridge after opening, usually with my unopened peps, etc. I'm seeing others place theirs in the fridge. What is the right way? And I've never had issues, just asking..

Having a stall for a while
What peptide can I take for a stall. I have up my protein and I drink lots of water. I am on 12.5 mg of tripeptide. and really donโ€™t wanna go any higher.

I'm interested to see the responses - I upped my Tirz from 5mg to 7.5mg and stalled for the past 3 weeks - and the food noise came screaming back in ugh - I am going to hit protein hard and see what happens - Started at 202 in November and only down to 188. Disappointed and it's alot of money

Do Lyophilized Peptides Actually Last at Room Temperature? Real-World Degradation Data ๐Ÿ“Š
Ever question whether those lyophilized peptides really last for years at room temperature, or do they degrade right away? @Brady Faught shared this little group study from another Telegram group. They took a handful of different peptides, tested them fresh, then left another sample from the batch, let it sit at room temperature and retested months later. There were two lyophilized samples, one tested originally and the other tests n number of months later. Here's what they found: Mots-C (20mg) - Fresh: 99.55% purity at 21.81mg - After 8 months at room temp: 99.07% purity at 22.66mg average - Basically held steady TB4 / TB-500 (10mg) - Fresh: 99.1% purity at 12.32mg - After 9 months at room temp: 99.39% purity at 12.05mg average - No meaningful degradation GHK-Cu (100mg) - Fresh (April): 99.92% purity at 94.36mg - After 3 months: 99.96% at 121.30mg (overfilled vial) - After 11 months: 99.95% at 121.30mg - Rock solid stability KPV (10mg) - Fresh: 99.92% purity at 14.18mg - After 9 months at room temp: 99.88% purity at 14.84mg average - Held up great NAD+ (500mg) - Fresh: N/A purity listed, 533.57mg - After 1 year at room temp: N/A purity, 495.46mg - Some quantity loss but still viable after a full year The takeaway? These peptides showed remarkable stability sitting at room temperature for extended periods. Obviously refrigeration or freezing is still best practice for long-term storage, but if you're worried about a vial that sat out for a few weeks or months, this data suggests you're probably fine. Pretty cool to see actual real-world testing rather than just speculation. - Derek peptideprice.store

So once reconstituted they need to stay in the fridge? My unreconstituted ones I keep in a box in a cool dark closet
