Identity Conflict
👉 Watch the lesson. Action Steps: ✅ Choose one new identity habit. Example: “I create content weekly because I’m a business owner.” ✅ Speak it out loud daily: “I am a business owner. I solve problems. I help people.” What identity are you stepping into now? Drop your new “I am…” statement below.

Which of these 5 "Business Killers" is stopping you? 🍊
Most people think they have a "traffic" problem or a "niche" problem. But after sitting on hundreds of coaching calls, I’ve realized the real problem is usually an Identity Problem. You aren't "researching"... you're hiding. You aren't "being careful"... you're paralyzed. I just dropped a new video that breaks down the 5 Archetypes of entrepreneurs who circle the drain for years without ever picking their orange. Watch the video, identify which one you are, and name it in the comments below. The 5 Archetypes are: The Researcher: Why "learning" is actually your favorite form of procrastination. The Idea Juggler: How to stop treating a business idea like a marriage and start "dating" your niche. The Busy Professional: How the "Golden Handcuffs" are keeping you from your first $1 online. The Side-Hustle Jumper: Why you keep abandoning your "ugly babies" before they can grow. The Perfectionist: Why building a 108-module course is the fastest way to fail. Once you watch it, vote below: Which one are you? Naming the pattern is the only way to break it. Once you know your archetype, we can actually start building.

I'm actually both the endless researcher and the idea juggler 😬
💡 Step 0: Declare Your Idea (Do This First)
Before you watch anything in the classroom, do this first. Most people who join this community have the same problem: Too many ideas. I know because I started 26 side hustles in 14 years before I finally figured out what works. The goal here is simple: Stop spinning. Pick one direction. Test it for 30 days. Not forever. Just one idea to test next. Your Step 0 Action Comment below with this: I want to help [who] solve [problem]. Examples: • I want to help remote workers fix neck pain • I want to help busy parents plan healthy meals • I want to help real estate agents generate more leads It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just needs to be something you're considering building. When you say something out loud, you force a decision. And decisions create momentum. Most people stay stuck because they keep researching instead of choosing. After you comment 👇 Go to the Classroom → Start Here and continue with: Step 1 🧭 Pick Your Direction That’s where we’ll narrow this down and turn it into something real. Drop your idea below 👇 Let's see what you're thinking. - Brian 🔥

@Brian O'Neill I think something more like the 3rd one or between the last two; but also through healing... I have trouble narrowing it down, as I find all is connected and my knowledge is scattered across various fields but not too in depth 😕
Coaching vs Courses vs Digital Products - Which One Fits YOUR Skills Best?
One of the biggest reasons people stay stuck is simple. They don’t know which type of online business actually fits them. So they spend months bouncing between ideas…trying a little coaching, watching a few course videos, testing a digital product…and never getting traction with any of them. Here’s the simplest way to think about the 3 most common online business models and how to know which one is right for YOU: 1️⃣ Coaching (1:1 or group) Best for you if you: - Like talking to people - Enjoy teaching or guiding step-by-step - Want the fastest path to your first customer - Don’t mind being on Zoom Avoid this if you hate being “on stage.” 2️⃣ Online Courses Best for you if you: - Prefer to teach once and let people learn on their own - Have a process you can break into steps - Want something scalable without adding more hours - Like creating videos or structured lessons Avoid this if you struggle to organize your thoughts. 3️⃣ Digital Products (PDFs, templates, guides) Best for you if you: - Want something simple and fast to launch - Prefer writing over talking - Have repeatable knowledge you can package - Don’t want to be on camera Avoid this if you want deep 1:1 interaction. 👇 POLL: Which one feels like the best fit for YOUR skills and personality? (Coaching / Courses / Digital Products) After you vote, drop a comment: What made you choose that option? I’ll reply and help you narrow it down.

I chose digital product as a starting point. I know I give better guidance in coaching (friends) as I get a more in depth and personal view to guide my "advice", but as a ND introvert is also exhausting and don't feel "I'm there yet" for large, unknown audience. Also no credentials for that and to attract clients. I know that DP is also a hustle, but the thought is to start small and build up to more...
Welcome to Pick Your Online Business 🔥
If you're here, it's because you want to start an online business but you're not sure which one is right for you. You're in the right place. I'm Brian. I spent 25 years in corporate sales, tried 26 different side hustles, and wasted years going in circles before I figured out what actually works. I built this community so you don't have to do the same. Here's what we do here: We help you stop spinning, pick the right idea, and start moving in the right direction without wasting months going down the wrong path. That's it. One problem. One solution. Here's what to do first: The #1 mistake people make when they join is skipping straight to research mode. Don't do that. Instead, go to the classroom and start with Step 0. It takes less than 5 minutes and it does something research never does... it forces a decision. 👉 Click here to start Step 0 Once you've done that, come back to the community and drop your idea in the Step 0 post. I personally read every single one and I'll respond. A few things worth knowing: You don't need a perfect idea. You need a starting point. You don't need to have it all figured out. You need to take one step. And if you've tried this before and stopped, that's not a character flaw. There's a reason it keeps happening and we deal with that here too. Introduce yourself below if you'd like. Tell me who you are, what you've tried, and what kind of life you're trying to build. I read everything. Welcome aboard. - Brian 🔥
