You Don’t Need Another Idea… You Need This (Quick Poll)
I’ve been watching this group for a while now… and I think I need to call something out. A lot of you are not stuck because you need more ideas. You’re stuck because you’re trying to figure out how to make money online without turning into someone you’re not. You don’t want to: - show your face - make daily content - build a giant course - get on Zoom with strangers - waste months building the wrong thing And honestly… I get it. So let me ask you this: If I could help you make your first dollar online without all the extra BS… what is the main thing stopping you right now? Vote below 👇 If you feel like it’s more than one… drop a comment and tell me which ones. I'll read every reply. I’m asking because I’m considering building something very simple and low-ticket for this group based on what you actually need… not what the internet keeps telling you that you need. **Also… I left something for you in the pinned comment. It’s one of the best prompts I’ve ever used to come up with simple ideas based on what you already do. It will help you see real problems people would actually pay to avoid, which is where most people get stuck. Go grab that after you vote.

@Steve Paiva Oh man that made me laugh out loud. There are several in here and in Mindset Skool who would argue that they are the gold medalists. Check out the procrastination lesson in the Mindset Reset Course
Fair warning before you click
I recorded something for you. Fair warning... it's long. Almost 28 minutes. I ramble a little. I repeat myself once or twice. I didn't edit any of it out. But I think you should watch it anyway. I talk about why this community exists, what I actually want for you, and why most people in here will never do anything with what I teach. I also tell you something about my son that might hit home for a few of you. If you've been circling. If you're still stuck on which idea to pick. If you've been in three communities this year and nothing's moved yet... this one's for you. Not to sell you anything. Just to be straight with you. Go watch it when you have time to actually sit with it.

@Devan Miller Glad YouTube found you. I can guarantee that your direction will change. The business you start is not always the one you end up with. The point is to start. That is ALWAYS the best way to learn. Otherwise, we just circle the wagons. You learn by doing, not by consuming.

Here’s How to Validate Your Online Business Idea. Stop Guessing.
Once you've picked your online business we want to make sure it’s actually worth building. Most people skip this step. That’s why they end up wasting months creating something nobody asked for. Not happening here. Here’s the simple validation process I teach all my clients. No funnels. No landing pages. No tech and absolutely NO overthinking. We get real data from real people. STEP 1 - Get your idea into one simple sentence If you can’t say your idea clearly, nobody else can either. Use this: “I help [specific person] fix [specific problem].” Example: “I help tired moms simplify dinner with 10-minute meal systems.” Keep it boringly clear. STEP 2 - Talk to real humans (yes… actual conversations) You’re not pitching. You're not selling. You're checking for demand. Send this message to 10–20 people who either ARE your niche or know someone who is: “Hey! I’m working on something to help people who struggle with ____. Is that something you deal with? Or know someone who does?” That’s it. Light. Easy. Human. STEP 3 - Ask these 4 questions Let them talk. Let them use their own words. This is where you discover everything. Here are the only questions you need: 1. Do you struggle with this? 2. How big of a problem is this for you? 3. What have you already tried that didn’t work? 4. If someone gave you a simple step-by-step to fix it, would you want it? If they say yes, and they clearly feel the pain…that’s validation. STEP 4 - Look for 3-5 “YES” responses That’s all you need. If 3–5 people: - confirm the problem - talk about it in detail - want a solution The idea is valid and you can move forward. You don’t need 100 calls. You don’t need surveys. You don’t need a website. You don’t need perfection. You just need signal. STEP 5 - Move to the outline stage Once your idea is validated, you’re ready for two things: - Creating a simple outline - Building your first version (PDF, guide, mini-training, whatever fits your skills)

@Mark Light Not a copout at all. If you know, you know. There's no need to validate. You just may need to validate what it is that they are willing to pay for.
💡 Step 0: Declare Your Idea (Do This First)
Before you watch anything in the classroom, do this first. Most people who join this community have the same problem: Too many ideas. I know because I started 26 side hustles in 14 years before I finally figured out what works. The goal here is simple: Stop spinning. Pick one direction. Test it for 30 days. Not forever. Just one idea to test next. Your Step 0 Action Comment below with this: I want to help [who] solve [problem]. Examples: • I want to help remote workers fix neck pain • I want to help busy parents plan healthy meals • I want to help real estate agents generate more leads It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just needs to be something you're considering building. When you say something out loud, you force a decision. And decisions create momentum. Most people stay stuck because they keep researching instead of choosing. After you comment 👇 Go to the Classroom → Start Here and continue with: Step 1 🧭 Pick Your Direction That’s where we’ll narrow this down and turn it into something real. Drop your idea below 👇 Let's see what you're thinking. - Brian 🔥

@Kevin Rodrigues this is strong! Clear audience. Clear problem. Clear result. I’d just tighten the wording slightly: “I help pet ecom brands increase revenue from email.” Or if you want to keep the specificity: “I help pet ecom brands generate at least 20% of their revenue from email.” This is very solid and very sellable. Keep going.

@Devan Miller this is a good direction. The only thing I’d push you on is simplifying the language. Right now it feels a bit abstract, unless your audience automatically knows what the Four Noble Truths are. You want it to feel like a real problem someone is dealing with. For example: “I help people reduce stress and negative thinking so they can feel more calm and in control.” You can still use The Four Noble Truths as your method. But lead with the problem people actually feel. Good foundation here. Keep going.
