I'm not sure if I follow any, I usually just search when I need a specific thing.
Do you make your own blends?
Every now and then I’ll mix a few beans together (the ends of the bag) to make a blend as a chemex or filter brew. I’ve learnt a few things about blending this way. Do you do this?

Lol, imagine a video where you're taking your coffee machine out to the movies etc. 😂
What’s one thing you’ve changed your mind about in coffee lately?
The coffee world evolves and changes all the time... your change could be gear, brewing, beans, milk, flavour, values... anything. We all shift perspectives. What's shifted for you?

I prefer Iced coffee without frothing the milk. Just a good espresso, ice cubes, and milk. I still enjoy the sweet kind from time to time, but the unsweetened simple version is my current go to.

@Luke Gilbert maybe once, as you said a bit more work 😅 I'm a simple man... 🤪
Home roasting
Hi all, I'm hoping to properly get into home roasting soon, when I have enough £ for the Kaleido M2: https://kaleidostorm.com/products/kaleido-m2-dual-system-electric-heating-coffee-roaster-50-400g-kaleido-artisan-system I currently roast on an air roaster I bought from AliExpress a few years back, but the controls are very limited and so it's hard to reproduce a roast. The plan is to roast enough for myself and a few family members, so a 400g max batch size shouldn't be too small...or is it? If you have any advice, or know of a comparable machine that would allow me to roast in the same way (artisan connected), let me know!

@Gordon Thomson every 2-3 days. It's good because I really like freshly roasted coffee.
