I wrote this post 13 Days ago : Skool Community KPI's to show those who want to use a skool community as a lead magnet / nurture system what KPI metrics to track. At the time my About Page was converting at 4%. Primarily because I had been building my business out of alignment ... doing things I thought I NEEDED to do ... instead of following the path that felt most aligned and profitable for me. I shot this Video explaining how I lost $70k/mrr by building out of alignment (5 big mistakes I made so you don't have to😅 ) In the last 8 Days we've welcomed over 100 New Members by running a few simple ads. Cost per lead during the testing phase is very good. But now here's the coolest part 82% of members who are joining are providing their SMS Phone Number 50% of which engage with Dr. Nacho (My AI Bot created through our BACKPAK CRM system) And this has resulted in 16 New Application over just the last 4 Days. Refer back to Skool Community KPI's This would be 15%+ of new members inquiring about our services. 5% Above the recommended 10%. I have been finding more and more alignment in every element of business over the last few weeks. and I am committed to documenting the process of building the most Aligned and Profitable business model I can think of. I have big goals... but the focus point is what I have written on my goal card in the last image and is the energetic undertone shift that is bringing everything else back into alignment. Remembering the entire point of all this business building stuff. I've Laminated the goal and am carrying it around in my pocket all day every day until it materializes. This is the game. And if anyone else wants to play the game of earning and becoming more so you can GIVE more...
