Feeling Clear, Focused & Grateful 🙌
Quick update; the past month has been a real turning point. The brain fog is gone, my energy feels steady, and I’m sharper and calmer than I’ve been in a long time. What changed? - Morning workouts more often - Weekly tennis on Tuesdays 🎾 - Consistent sleep schedule (21:30 is bedtime haha) - Almost no alcohol or late nights - And most importantly: clean eating — lots of meat, fish, veggies, fruit, and protein oats. No sugar, very few carbs. It’s made a huge difference. Big thanks to Jim for all the insights and motivation, your perspective really helped me shift gears and see what’s possible without medication. 🙏 Appreciate everything you’re building here, and all the value you keep bringing to this community. 💪
