Hello everyone. I got into real estate via a home inspection company that I (with my wife) started built and sold between 2013 - 2023. I got my real estate license in Washington State in 2023 as I was exiting from the Home inspection business. Am now a career firefighter as my main source of income with Real estate sales as a side business. We have 2 doors in the residential space. MHP’s is my long term focus. Hey all, we have two off-market parks available. One is a 28 pad in Carbondale, IL with an incredibly low entry cost of $10k.
