Retatrutide and KLOW guidelines
Here is an outline of the dosages for the Reta and KLOW. A summary is we want to start on 1mg per week of the retatrutide and 1 mg of the KLOW daily. We can adjust the dosages individually based on your bodys response.

Reta dosage
How is everyone going with Reta? I’m currently doing a split dose, 1mg x twice weekly with very minimal side effects but looking to shift to 2mg x once per week, did anyone get an increase of side effects when you upped the dose? Thanks all 😊

Sunday Self Check In
Happy Sunday everyone. Time to check in to let me (and others) know how you are tracking. Please share the good or bad. This is a journey and every experience helps others on the same journey. Me: I am a little ahead of you all. I continue to optimise my mitochondrial health. I am now running 10km pretty easily, surfing every other day when I can. Still not great on the weights side of things but what I have worked up to is 40 push ups in a row each morning which is really helping with the surfing and general body tone. I currently take the Mens Plus, Boost, Ultimate cardio, Reta, MotsC and BPC 157. I dropped the aminos because I feel like my diet is pretty good and I have found a nice balance with the reta where I am eating well but just less. Prioritising getting enough protein through the diet. I also stopped the berberine as we generally dont use this in the second phase.

Blood test results
Hi all just picked up my blood test results and doctor tells me I am low iron and on the low side B12 and this may be why I can not loose weight / fluid, and until I get both of them back up I won’t…. Is this a typical doctor thing to say or is there some truth in it
