Blood test results
Hi all just picked up my blood test results and doctor tells me I am low iron and on the low side B12 and this may be why I can not loose weight / fluid, and until I get both of them back up I won’t…. Is this a typical doctor thing to say or is there some truth in it

Getting Started
Here are the steps to start the Health Optimisation Program. 1. Complete the first introduction section of the Health Optimisation Program just to make sure this is what you want to proceed with. 2. Download the form attached, complete and send back when completed. 3. I will then review the form and send you a prescription of what I feel is the best starting point for you. 4. I will then send you a payment link for any supplements or peptides that you require. 5. If you need any other supplements then go and obtain these. 6. If you have very specific requirements or need more 1.1 mentoring then upgrade to the VIP tier and I can go into more depth about your personal situation and work on a closer level. 7. If you are happy to simply ask questions in the community and work through the programs self paced then the first tier is fine. In the beginning regardless I will be available anyways. It may seem a little daunting at the start however it will become familiar with time. Jeff
