Day 1/7 – Clearing Mental Clutter 🧹
Here we are! Day 1 of the seven day challenge! Attached you will find your 7 Day Challenge Companion Guide that will have everything in one place for you. Feel free to download it and use it as part of your journaling experience. Let's get into Day 1! Focus: Make space for clarity by releasing mental noise. Why this matters:When our minds are cluttered with to-do’s, worries, or lingering thoughts, it’s harder to make confident decisions. Research on expressive writing (James Pennebaker, PhD) shows that putting your thoughts on paper can reduce mental load and open space for new ideas to flow. Pre-Session Prompt (write in your journal or you companion guide) What’s been taking up the most space in my mind lately? How is it affecting my ability to make clear decisions? Sound Bath: As you begin today’s sound bath, imagine each sound wave gently sweeping away the mental clutter you’ve named, leaving you with more space and lightness. Reset Room : Increase Energy Track : Ready Choose either the 10min or the 30min Post-Session Reflection: After listening, which thoughts feel quieter or lighter? Did any new clarity or perspective emerge? Optional Share with the Group: Did you choose the 10 or the 30min track? If you feel called, share one word or phrase that captures what feels clearer for you today.Your share might be exactly what someone else in this challenge needs to read. 💛 You’ve taken your first step toward more clarity and confidence! 7-Day Clarity & Confidence Boost Challenge Begins Aug 10!
One thing I always say to my participants when I invite them to share their experiences with me is that there are no wrong, good, or bad experiences. It's what you decide to label it. And I think that’s pretty applicable to other areas of life as well. The meanings and labels we give things is what gives them their power. With this in mind, I’m inviting you to join me for a special FREE 7-Day Clarity & Confidence Boost Challenge, running from August 10–16. Each day, we'll intentionally combine sound healing with reflective journaling practices to clear mental clutter, reconnect with your intuition, and help you step forward with greater clarity and confidence. Here's what you can expect: Pre-session Journaling: To set clear intentions and bring presence.​ Sound Healing Track: Carefully selected (2-min, 10-min, or 30-min).​ Post-session Reflection: To consolidate clarity and acknowledge growth.​End-of-challenge recognition for top contributors seen through leaderboard activity! 1. How easy was it to navigate the platform and find the tracks you were looking for? I found it fairly easy to navigate. 2. Did the “Start Here” page clearly explain how to use the tracks in each room? Yes 3. What kind of support or experience are you most looking for in your wellness right now? Authenticity and spiritual depth 4. Which room(s) did you use first, and how did it make you feel afterward? I first used the relaxation room last week and it was very helpful. I felt it helped me accomplish exactly what I set out to do. Relax. 5. Was there anything that confused or frustrated you while using the platform? No, not really. I downloaded the app and I have been enjoying it. 6. What would make you want to come back and use this regularly? Yeah, for sure. I think it's ease of use makes it that much more desirable to access. 7. What types of future tracks, challenges, or content would you love to see in this space? Honestly, I'm not sure.
