The subconscious mind is the part of your brain that automatically stores everything you learn and experience. These thoughts, habits, and memories stay in your mind unless you consciously work to change or replace them. How to change them? Step 1: Daily Journaling The first step to train your subconscious mind is to write a journal daily. In this journal, you should write: - Your daily wins - Your setbacks or mistakes - Everything you did throughout the day - Your feelings during different parts of the day (for example: after waking up, during exercise, etc.) - Your thoughts at different times of the day and what you were thinking Start doing this consistently for 7 days. After completing it, you will start noticing benefits yourself. Gradually, it will no longer feel like a burden, and it will become a daily habit. Why journaling is important? A journal works like your second brain. When you write everything down: - You don’t need to keep everything in your mind - Your brain feels more relaxed and less overloaded - It becomes easier to manage daily life problems - Your mind gets more space to focus on creativity and problem-solving Step 2: Observing Your Thoughts (Mind Awareness Practice) In this step, you practice observing your thoughts. This means you start noticing: - What you are thinking at any moment - Whether your thoughts are positive or negative - Becoming aware of your mental patterns By doing this practice, you begin to understand your brain’s activity. You become able to recognize negative thoughts early and resist them.
