Gluten challenge
Hi, I have been gluten free for three months and have just started to eat gluten again for the endoscopy. Has anyone got any helpful advice on how to get through it. It’s not been a week yet and I feel awful. Also will the side effects always feel this bad, are they likely to get worse or ease over the next six weeks x

🍕Tasty Tuesday: Texas BBQ Pitta Pizza Slices
This is one of my absolute favouritessss 😁 Its super tasty, takes just a few minutes to throw together, high in protein, and it works perfectly for an easy lunch or a fast dinner during the week! 📊 Per serving: 494 calories | 47g protein | 44g carbs | 14g fat Here’s what you’ll need 🛒: - Gluten free soft pitta (59g) - Cooked chicken (100g) - British honey roast cooked ham slices (35g) - Red onion (50g) - Bell pepper (50g) - Grated cheddar cheese (20g) - BBQ sauce (20g) - Heinz tomato ketchup (20g) Here’s how to make it 🧑‍🍳: 1. Preheat the oven. 2. Cut the pitta in half. 3. Spread the BBQ sauce and ketchup evenly across the pitta. 4. Rip the cooked chicken and ham and spread evenly. 5. Add the red onion and bell pepper. 6. Sprinkle over the grated cheddar. 7. Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly crispy. 8. Optional: drizzle over a little extra BBQ sauce and top with spring onions. Love, Ella 🧡 PS. We use Warbuton's gluten free pitta that is the best we've found so far!

that looks so good. Is that a portion for one or two?
Cocktails 🍸
I used to have these a lot on a night out and always checked the ingredients carefully. However, I've realised the huge risk of cross-contamination (through shaker/mixer) Particularly recently wheat-based additions seem to be being added to other cocktails. Just writing to understand other's experiences and whether when you asked they could accomodate you?

I have been wondering this too. I was unsure what cocktails would normally be safe and if there are any to definitely avoid?

Sprinkle with grated cheese, fresh coriander, and optional crushed nacho chips (5g per bowl). 10. Serve with a squeeze of lime. Love, Ella 🧡 PS. I know it's not Tuesday 🤣 But I still titled it Tasty Tuesday so you can find this with the rest of them if you search for the recipes in Skool! Back to regular schedule for recipes next week!

When this lovely lady joined our 6-week program, she had only been diagnosed a few months. She put on 7kg after her diagnosis, and was constantly fatigued from her new lifestyle. Even though she knew exercise would help her feel better, she couldn't find the energy to push through her days without a nap! Let alone a workout. 3-months later, she's down 10lbs and her energy levels have skyrocketed 🚀 She's now: ✅ Visibly toned with abs starting to show! ✅ Training 4x per week without crashing ✅ Enjoying a balanced, nutritious diet without feeling restricted ✅ Fitting back into clothes she couldn't before! With the tools she’s built and the confidence she’s gained, she’s now set up to carry this momentum forward for life 😊 It's not about the numbers on the scale, or short-term "fixes". It's the moments that count. These moments give us the optimism and motivation to keep pushing for the life we deserve, even on the days it gets tough ✨ If you’re reading this and feeling stuck or low on energy, it doesn't have to stay that way! Start by focusing on your nutrition and your movement. Build healthy habits here, one step at a time, and then progress to building up a good strength training routine. Again, progress this one step at a time! The small boring habits done consistently are what create sustainable change 😊 All the info you need is in the course and files section 🧡
