Hi everyone 👋 Glad to be here! I actually found you @Wendy Mccallum via my guide 🤣 I had been asking my team to guide me towards anyone that I could learn from and during meditation that evening I heard the name Wendy, which at the time made no sense as I didnt know anyone called Wendy. A few days later I came across a tiktok post from wendy, I hadn't paid attention to the name until I was scrolling the videos on her page. Now here I am!

@Janine Graham Hi Janine thank you so much for responding. I have to say it gave me goosebumps when you said you like Native American Indian flute, I listen to music at night to help me sleep and it happens to have that in it. I didn’t specifically choose that it was just random on Spotify, and have chosen to keep that same music. In saying that I have always been drawn to Native American music and even movies or documentaries about them. I was born in South Africa and moved to New Zealand in 2001 so I have no connection as such but maybe I do, I want to go see my clairvoyant for a second time and ask her who my guides are, it will be very interesting, maybe in my past life I had a connection to Native Americans or maybe not. That was a huge blab but I had to share that with you I hope it made sense. Thank you so much for your advice and sharing what works for you, I’m definitely going to give it a go🙏🩷

1st day of 5 day course, bit of a struggle
I’m on day one of the 5 day course, my heart rate was slightly elevated even after long slow breaths, slight tingling in hands, legs and feet, struggled to stay focused on heart beat and myself, outside noises distracting, managed to focus on self for only a few seconds at a time. Will try again tonight when it’s cooler and quieter. Did anyone else have a similar experience?

Thank you Wendy I’m also in the middle of trying to find a new rental to live also looking for a new job have been working on myself the last years gave up the alcohol 4 years ago , and just in the last few weeks I feel the urge to progress and do what my soul desires, I did go and see a wonder lady (clairvoyant) who said I have an old would, and that it’s wanting me to succeed and be a strong leader, I am also taking time to ground myself and listen

Hello lovely souls 🤍 Some of you may be noticing shifts in your energy lately feeling a bit out of sorts, more emotional than usual, extra tired, or needing more quiet time. Yup over the past week and a half iv been waking up in the night and had pressure headaches in the morning, also been feeling stressed and irritable which comes and goes, I also had a lady yesterday approach me while I was playing ball with my dog, she lives in a camper van with her dog, she wanted to ask me how I trained my dog so well and then the conversation took off she basically told me her life story and had a few tears I just listened ended up with her for 3 hours, she said thank you you are a beautiful soul, very random that hasn’t happened in a long where a stranger has approached me, afterwards when I got home I felt so drained but asked my guides and angels to relieve me of the draining energy and help me to stay focused on what I been working so hard on in regards to my personal growth…so that’s my story and I’m glad I shared it 😮‍💨
