Building foundation
I’m a beginner in calisthenics, and right now I’m focused on building a strong foundation. I’m doing push-ups, squats, chair dips, and I’m also trying to work on pull-ups by practicing negatives. I’m currently doing incline push-ups, but regular push-ups are still difficult for me. However, I can easily do 30–40 reps of bodyweight squats for 3 sets. Can you give me tips on how to improve my push-ups and suggest other good exercises to include? Since bodyweight squats have already become easy for me.

Beginner help(for me)
Hello everyone, just a question. What should be my foundation routine for calisthenics as a complete beginner. That worked for you.

My main goal is to build muscle. So are push-ups, pull-ups, and dips enough for that? What should I really focus on to keep making progress? I’ve seen people doing push/pull/legs routines too — is that something you start once you’ve already built a solid foundation, or is it meant for beginners too?
