I Opened My Laptop After a Coma… and My YouTube Videos Were Still Working
Adding a little companion strategy to Paul’s Quantum system (from someone who had to build evergreen the hard way 🤍) A few years ago, I was sitting in my bedroom with an oxygen machine beside me, laptop balanced on my knees, lungs still healing after a coma. I remember opening my computer for the first time in months, honestly expecting everything to be dead in the water. My businesses. My income. My momentum. And then I looked at my dashboards. To my absolute shock… a handful of my YouTube videos had quietly kept everything alive. Not huge money — a couple hundred dollars a month — but it was coming in from: – YouTube ad revenue – affiliate sales – sales of my own products and courses – even royalties from my books on Amazon All from focused traffic those videos were pulling in on autopilot. I just sat there thinking: Wait… what?! Especially because my channel was never “strategic” back then. I started posting on YouTube over 15 years ago simply to communicate with members across different businesses. My channel was a literal patchwork quilt: Cake decorating. Teaching kids about money. My kids uploading Barbie videos and D&D clips. Completely all over the place. Most of my videos did nothing. But there were a handful that consistently brought me leads. And I hadn’t even realized that what I’d accidentally done right on YouTube also allowed those same videos to rank on Google. Those videos didn’t just attract people — they warmed them up. It was wild. That tiny monthly income gave me hope at a time when doctors had told me I’d be lucky to regain 60% lung function… and that I might never work again. That’s when I leaned hard into evergreen. I’d already learned from mentors like Jeff Walker, Mike Filsaime, and Frank Kern that staying in touch with your audience matters — but I physically couldn’t email every week. My body just wouldn’t allow it. So I created something simple: 👉 My Throwback Thursday (TBT) Email Series Every Thursday, I send one value-based email that sends people back to one of my older YouTube videos.
Great post, great words 💪🔥🔥🔥 Every single video is a digital asset working for you on autopilot.
Repost of EASIEST Way To Get Hungry Clients!
I joined the Business Association in my city and started dropping nuggets of pure 🥇 GOLD 🪙 to help their businesss bottom line. Never selling, just helping enough to pique their interests. After awhile I was receiving inquiries as to how can I help their business? Agencies usually charge between $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 a month to get the keywords of a business on the first page of Google. If they can actually do so, normally takes between 4-6 months of SEO, with no guarantee it will happen. i call this pay per wish! Using @Paul Murphy 's methods I advertised: " Ur keywords on the First Page of Google OR You Don't Pay a Dime! " (Pay Per Action)! Usually servicing 2 business's in any one niche, I would ask for a testimonial and 3 referrals after three months, which I then used as proof of service in the neighboring cities to acquire new clients. With over 34,000 cities in the USA, THAT'S a never ending method of clients. Unfortunately I ended up in my fight of kicking cancer to the curb, which took 4.5 years and the business slowly evaporated. Feel free to use, when you make it to your third city, also feel free to donate to St. Judes Research Hospital for Children with cancer as a thank you!!!
@Joseph Pilato very cool. Actually we acquire leads+partners from 40+ assets. It works by itself ( autopilot). Over 62+ Million contacts so far.
@Joseph Pilato great

We use short-links to grab free traffic from s. engines.
@Karry Rozelaar different systems, but not bitly of course. We invented our proprietary short-url ( I.P.) with 63+ Million clicks so far.
One Google Shift Most People Miss
Most people assume free Google traffic comes from doing more. More posts. More videos. More platforms. What surprised me is this: Google seems to reward clarity, not hustle. One clear question. One focused answer. One piece of content that actually finishes the thought. I’ve started using a simple check before publishing anything: - Is the main idea obvious in the first few lines? - Does this answer one real question, not five? - Would someone feel relieved after consuming it? No tools. No hacks. Just structure. Curious — which part of free Google traffic feels most confusing right now? 👇 Comment with one word or short phrase.
I love google traffic because it's free. No prob. as we collect it on autopilot.
@Karry Rozelaar 💪🙂 yeahh
Use NotebookLM to Find Winning Competitor Video Ideas
I want to share a tool I am loving right now, it's called NotebookLM. And here's how I use it to “steal” competitor outlier video ideas (the right way). Not copy and paste. Not word for word. I mean this: I borrow what is already working, and then I rebuild it for my niche and my voice. Here is my simple NotebookLM workflow. ✅ Step 1: Pick 5 to 10 competitor channels I choose channels that speak to my same kind of people (or one step ahead of me). ✅ Step 2: Find their outliers I look for videos that clearly did better than their normal views.Those are “proof” videos (the market already raised its hand). ✅ Step 3: Drop the outliers into NotebookLM I give it the outliers video links. ✅ Step 4: Ask NotebookLM for titles I ask NotebookLM to study those outlier videos and suggest new title ideas with the same style, but written for my niche and my audience. ✅ Step 5: Rebuild it for my people This is the key. I do not copy. I translate. I keep the structure, but I change: > the audience > the examples > the wording the offer mention (if any) > the “reason to believe” (my real experience, my real setup) ✅ Step 6: Make it mine with one new angle I always add at least one thing they did not include. My rule is simple: If someone watched both videos, they should feel totally different, even if the backbone is similar. What is your go to tool to help you come up with YouTube video ideas? 👇 Drop your favorite YouTube research tool below (I want to test new ones).
Use NotebookLM to Find Winning Competitor Video Ideas
What I do is simple.... I build videos for instagram on which we talk about traffic tricks, people love to get fresh contacts for biz (we know it). (2) Videos are posted on FB automatically, so, more free publicity. (3) We download the same videos & post them to YT for more potential buyers.
@Isabel Monte yes! Plus we send traffic to YT so the cycle resend again more visibility to us (plus leads).
