So delated 🤬 They are keeping me until I see my primary doctor, which will be Monday at the earliest. I soooo hate hospitals, in fact as far as I am concerned the best time spent in a hospital is when one is discharged PERIOD. I posted in Quantum that I'm signing myself out, cause I need to get my billboard on the first page of Google.

When I got started, I was stuck in analysis paralysis. I kept consuming content, jumping from one shiny thing to another, and at the end of the day, I had nothing to show for it. What helped me break through was keeping it simple: Focusing on one path instead of ten. Staying consistent even when results were slow. Learning directly from people who were already ahead of me. That’s what’s been working for me so far. Now, I want to hear from YOU What’s the biggest thing bothering you or holding you back from making progress in the digital space? Is it tech? Mindset? Staying consistent? Or something else? Share it in the comments; sometimes just voicing the struggle is the first step to moving past it. Rightly or wrongly – if this happens, you’re S-O-L. 🔷 Enter an Email List! 🔷 An email list is your one-on-one connection with your audience. People who have raised their hands to say - Yes, I’d like to hear and learn more from you 😃. In addition to being a way to “own” the contact list you’re gathering, and safeguard against losing a way to communicate with your audience, email lists are valuable, marketable assets to own in your digital empire. (Maybe I’ll do a little series on all the benefits of email - let me know if that’s of interest to anyone). In summary, today’s tip is – whatever you’re doing online, make sure you’re building an email list. Sure the process to set up those systems can require a bit of figuring out for those who aren’t tech savvy, or for those who don’t have the time, but there are tons of resources available to get around that hurdle. This week has been extremely overwhelmed for me, dealing with exhaustion, sick child and parent. I have to give myself some gentle reminders to: 1. Pause, don’t quit. Step back for a moment and rest. 2. Simplify. I don’t have to do it all at once. Focus on the one thing that matters today. 3. Reconnect with my “why.” Remember why I started creating as a creator—it wasn’t for perfection, but for connection. 4. Lastly, I have to give myself compassion and acknowledgment that I'm taking imperfect action is better than none. I hope everyone have a good reset weekend and don't forget to rest even though we want to continue to get things done.
