Small Wins
Hey everyone, just wanted to share a small win from my store this week. I was testing a few ad angles and one small tweak in the copy + a slightly adjusted audience actually gave me a better ROAS without increasing spend. It’s a good reminder that sometimes small optimizations matter more than big overhauls. Still learning and testing every day, but it feels good to see consistent progress. Would love to hear what small changes have worked for you recently

Where should budget allocated if limited?
Hey guys im just starting our building my offer but I have limited marketing budget. Which funnel should I start spending money on? 1. Low ticket -> To then upsale 2. Webinar one to many 3. Application funnel for sales calls To build more revenue and then reinvest it back into the business?

If your budget is tight, I’d usually start with a simple low ticket offer to validate demand and generate cash flow, then reinvest profits into higher leverage funnels like webinars or applications. That way you’re not burning cash upfront. Curious to hear from others here, which funnel helped you generate your first consistent revenue?
What Changed When I Simplified My Funnel
I recently tested a small adjustment in my ad structure and funnel flow and it improved consistency in results without increasing spend. Nothing crazy, just tightening the offer, simplifying the message, and letting the data guide the next move. Still learning and refining, but it is a good reminder that small optimizations compound fast. Appreciate this community for the insights that pushed me to test instead of overthinking.
