Hi I'm Lynsey! I live in Madison Wisconsin and am an Ayurvedic Doula, Mayan Abdominal Therapist & Licensed Bodyworker as well as Holisitic Womb Care Practitioner, Herbalist and Nutritionist. My work is deeply trauma informed and I have been dreaming of a trauma informed somatic practice that can support my clients in an even deeper way so I was thrilled when I found this beautiful work! Breathwork has been life-changing for me personally as well and I am beyond excited to take it to the next level with Rewild! I'm not sure if I will start with foundations or jump into the Somatic course right away but I am very happy to be here on this path.
