TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY: The person become along the way 💖
What if the biggest transformation has nothing to do with the number on the scale? We spend so much time focusing on what we want to change about our bodies that we sometimes overlook the most powerful transformation of all… the way we show up for ourselves. I know this firsthand. Losing over 100 lbs changed my body, but learning to keep promises to myself changed my LIFE. And here’s something I want every person in this community to understand: You don’t build confidence and THEN become consistent. You build confidence BY being consistent. Every time you follow through on something you said you would do, you’re building trust with yourself. And that matters, especially when we’re trying to overcome years of limiting beliefs, putting everyone else first, or feeling like we’re starting over AGAIN. ❤️ A LITTLE COACH KIM TOUGH LOVE: You cannot keep waiting for life to slow down to become the woman you want to be. Life is going to be busy. You’re going to be tired. Your schedule will change. Motivation will come and go. The goal isn’t to create a perfect routine. It’s to create habits that can survive an imperfect life. 💪 HERE’S YOUR TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY CHALLENGE: Pick ONE promise to keep to yourself for the next 7 days. ✅ Track your food, even when it’s not perfect. ✅ Move your body for 15 minutes, even on busy days. ✅ Prioritize protein at every meal. ✅ Drink your water before reaching for another coffee. ✅ Replace “I can’t” with “How can I make this work?” Don’t pick all five. Pick ONE and follow through. Because transformation doesn’t happen in one big moment. It happens in the small decisions you make when nobody is watching. 💬 NOW LET’S TALK! What’s ONE limiting belief or habit you’re ready to leave behind? And what’s ONE promise you’re willing to make to yourself this week? Share it below! I want us encouraging each other, checking in, and celebrating the follow-through, not just the results. StrongHER isn’t just about building stronger bodies. We’re building women who believe in themselves again. ❤️

One limiting belief I'm ready to leave behind is that I can't do what I used to be able to do even though age, knee pain, walking limitations, and diet restrictions (sugar, gluten, and dairy) try to convince me otherwise. The one promise I'm willing to make to myself this week is actually God's promise to me that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I am promising myself that I will lean into God and trust Him for the new victorious thing He has for me even when it feels like I've failed. A word of encouragement for all of us is this too shall pass. It will get better. Why? Because God loves us enough not to leave us stuck and He's got this! Love you ladies...🙏 I picked #1 to track my food even when it is not perfect and even though I really don't understand tracking macros. This is very new to me. Lol
Hi Team and Good Morning ☀️
I am 44 years old and live in the sunny state of Florida. I am originally from Ohio and have also lived in North Caroline and South Carolina. I currently live in the panhandle and have lived in the Destin area for 10 years now. Kim and I both worked for Columbia Sportswear and we were both working out with the same group/app prior to StrongHER 50 being created. I started my fitness journey 2-3 years ago when I was feeling very lost in life. I knew I wanted to get back into the gym, but I honestly had zero time to drive to the gym as I had two little kids and a traveling husband. I began working out with an app at home and it was the best decision I made for myself! I was no longer just a boss or a mom and it felt great :) I began to find myself again in more ways than one Fast forward to this year…….. I lost my job in January and then I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in May. About 30 days later I was then diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism and Graves Disease. I recently spent 8 weeks at the Utopia Wellness & Cancer Center in Tampa, FL where I was getting holistic treatments to cure my cancer and heal my whole body. I have continued strength training throughout my journey with breast cancer and have been following a strict diet where I cut out all gluten, sugar, alcohol and dairy. I am excited to be joining the StrongHER group where I am planning on making new friends with all of you while also getting tips and tricks to continue my fitness journey

Hi Brandie, Welcome! It's Kim's mom. We live in FL now, too. I'm so glad you are here. Thank you for sharing your story. You have truly inspired me. I admire your holistic treatment approach, strength training, and proper nutrition to cure cancer. My best friend did the same with stage 4 brain and lung cancer and is writing a book about the natural protocol she followed along with many prayers that has led to her cure. I've also battled Graves Disease at 40 years old and hypothyroidism after Radio Nuclear Iodine treatment. I've been on levothroxine for 32 years and keep my TSH, T3 and T4 under close watch by my PCP. All is well thank God and I look forward to hearing your good report soon. In the meantime, I am praying for you if that is ok. I still believe in miracles! 🙏❤️
“I Thought It Was Just Me…” ❤️ Let’s Find Your People.
Find Your “Me Too” Person ❤️👇 Ever read someone’s comment and think, “Wait… you struggle with that too?!” Let’s find those connections right here. You don’t have to share your whole story—just finish these two sentences: 💬 “I could use a little support with ______.” 💪 “Something I can help someone else with is ______.” Maybe you need help making time for workouts, figuring out protein, navigating menopause, or keeping promises to yourself when life gets busy. And maybe you’re great at easy meals, getting back up after a setback, making people laugh, or listening without judgment. You can need support AND have something valuable to give. I’ll go first! ❤️ 💬 I could use support with giving myself grace when menopausal fatigue kicks in and I can’t get everything done. Some days, my energy just doesn’t match my to-do list—and I’m learning to be kinder to myself through that. ❤️ 💪 I can help with making healthy habits practical and finding a way forward when starting over feels overwhelming. Here’s where the connection happens: After you comment, find someone you relate to and reply! A simple “Me too—what’s been helping you?” is a great place to start. If you see a comment without a reply, give that person some love. 🫶 What goes in YOUR two blanks? 👇

@Kimberly Nofi thank you my wonderful coach/daughter for your words of wisdom and kindness. I love being here with you, too and I'm proud to be your mom. I love how you said, "Honoring what my knee needs is part of caring for myself and that my committment still counts on the days I need to slow down." Sometimes, in this busy life we overlook our own needs to help others. You are absolutely right about giving ourselves grace being one of the most important things we can do. God is in the details of even our difficult circumstances. Slowing me down seems to be his way of getting me to listen more. Thanks for letting him speak through you. I'm listening. 🙏❤️
