Hi all, I'm not wanting to be a negative Nancy but what is the general view about all this Renters Rights Act & the changes that have been caused by it. One of the FB groups I'm on has gone mental & loads of long term landlords are throwing the towel in / selling up, saying theres no profit to be made anymore so I don't wish to sound nieve but does this mean there's a gap in the market for newbies to come in now the game has changed & there's a pending housing crisis looming, or is it game over, the good times are over & the bubble burst? I see so much everything positive but need to query as having a wobble & would be gutted if I've missed the boat 🚢

Hi guys, I'm trying to access Level 3 on the classroom & am short of 14 points 👉 so its currently locked 🔒 Please can I kindly request as many of you who read this 'like' my post so this can happen. Also, if there are any investors out there looking to get onto the property market without having to get involved in the upgrade of the property I may have found a run down property that requires a deep clean, a new bathroom & kitchen & possibly electric update too, I'm not sure about the windows currently so will find out more shortly & crunch the numbers. Would love to know people thoughts on ways of covering the deposit for first property. Like what options are out there if someone that wanted to get into property and start building a portfolio but wouldnt necessarily have the 20k etc to put into the property.
