👋Hi, new here!
Thank you Jesus for Ashley and the Kingdom Kids/Kingdom University ministry and all those involved to help make this possible! May the Lord's favor and provision continue to flow over this platform and everyone in it!🧡 Took me a while to join and not just follow on IG but I am here ready to learn!! I am currently a single mom of four (15đŸ©·, 14💙, 13đŸ©·, 9đŸ©·). Before I was raising my children as a lukewarm Christian, and then at the end of 2023 I went all in for Christ. They now see the difference of being set apart for the Kingdom of God and not conforming to this world. However, I have my work cut out for me to instruct and steward them in the ways of the Lord while navigating through social media and wickedness being normalized. I can speak from personal experience how the seeds sown into us as children do come into fruition despite the choices we may make. So I know what I teach them will not be in vain. I was raised in a Christian household and as things happened (church hurt, teen drama, wanting to make my own choices because "I'm grown") I ended up down the wrong path. Thank goodness for the Good Shepherd who doesn't stop protecting and fighting for His flock! My parents never stopped praying for me and I am grateful for that. So for anyone feeling like you've been praying so long and and feel tired and maybe even losing hope, DON’T GIVE UP! God is faithful! The prayers of the righteous will not go unheard! (James 5:16). Trust in God's timing and that He will restore the years the locusts have stolen (Joel 2:25). Looking forward to learning alongside you all in this community!! Sorry, my post turned into a novel😅

Post 4: Mental Health How to Actually Renew Your Mind
Let’s get practical. Because a lot of people hear “renew your mind” But nobody really explains HOW. So what happens? You wake up
And the SAME thoughts come back. The same frustration. The same triggers. The same mindset. And now you’re trying to parent
from a mind that was never reset. So let’s break this down simple. đŸ”„ 1. Catch the thought You cannot change what you don’t notice. When your child does something and your mind says: “I’m overwhelmed” “I can’t do this” “they’re too much” STOP. Catch it. đŸ”„ 2. Check the thought Ask yourself: “Is this helping me lead right now?”Because just because you FEEL it
doesn’t mean you should FOLLOW it. đŸ”„ 3. Replace the thought You don’t just remove it
you replace it. Instead of “I can’t do this” You say “God gave me this child, so I CAN do this.” Instead of “They’re too much” You say “I just need a better system.” Instead of “I’m overwhelmed” You say “I need a reset, not a breakdown.” đŸ”„ 4. Move differently Because real change is not just thinking
it’s ACTION. You don’t just say “I’m going to be patient.” You lower your tone You shorten your words If you don’t control your thoughts
your thoughts will control your home. Because how you THINK
is how you respond. And how you respond
is how your home is built. So no
this isn’t about being perfect. This is about being intentional with your thoughts, your words and your actions Because your children don’t just need correction
they need a parent who is mentally disciplined. Let’s talk: What is ONE thought you struggle with daily as a parent?

"How much time do I have.." (to put God first, to get ready and get all 4 kids to school, to get to work on time and not get upset that others arent moving at the pace i want..đŸ˜…đŸ˜«) I remind myself I am not in control, but good thing I serve a God who is!

@Elle Mullins lifting you up in prayer. You are a conquerer in Christ who gives you strength! Praying for unity in your home and renewed strength for you mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. (I have 3 pre-teens so I can relate!) Just remember they are the Lord's children too and He chose YOU to be their mama. He believes in you and trusts you. You are the right mother for them.❀
Post 3: Mental Health -Come Out of It.
Some of you are not just tired
you’re bound. Bound to your past. Bound to what happened to you. Bound to old pain, old labels, old versions of yourself. And you’re still showing up every day
parenting
working
functioning
But internally?.......... you’re still in it. This reminds me of Book of John 11
When Lazarus was in the tomb. Dead.Wrapped.Buried. And Jesus stood there and said “Lazarus, come forth.” Lazarus was already alive when he came out
...but he was still wrapped. And that’s where a lot of parents are. You’re alive. You love God. You’re showing up. But you’re still wrapped in trauma wrapped in guilt wrapped in shame wrapped in what happened to you So even though you’re out
you’re not FREE..... And then Jesus said something amazing He said “Loose him, and let him go.” That means: The coming out was one step
But the UNWRAPPING was another. So Kingdom Parents..........What are you still wrapped in? Because you can’t fully show up for your children
while you’re still bound to your past. This week isn’t just about mental health
it’s about FREEDOM. And I’m calling you out of it. Not gently. Not when you “feel ready.” NOW. Come out of the guilt. Come out of the shame. Come out of the identity that says “this is just who I am.” Because you’re not who you were. And your children don’t need a perfect parent
they need a FREE one. If you’re ready to come out of it
 Comment: “I’m coming out.”
