Over 5 down! Let’s go!!

Hi all, I'm Lyndsay from Connecticut. Looking forward to the next few weeks! I've hit a bit of a funk over the last few months where I started a new job, started focusing on a new side business, and stopped taking time to work out or think about what I've been eating. I tend to snack and stress eat so it's all caught up with me. Hoping to lose 20-25 lbs in the coming months, but need to start with the first 5! Excited to get back into the swing of things with everyone!
