AI HACK FOR ALL ("Density Boost Hack – Maximum Information, Minimum Words")
Density Boost Hack "Activate Density Boost Mode. From now on, make every single response as short and dense as possible. No fluff, no filler, no extra words. Cut every sentence to the bone. Only keep what actually matters. Stay in Density Boost Mode until I say 'Density Boost off'." Live Example: Question: How long should I make my podcast? Answer: 18–25 minutes. Shorter loses attention. Longer loses listeners. That’s the sweet spot.

This could be the hack that gets rid of some of my frustration with copilot. I will have a go with this and report back. Thanks for the inspiration.

@Junior Sampson unfortunately copilot is not able to follow that instruction however I can switch into terse mode or ultra terse mode. Trying that and it’s certainly cutting out some of the waffle.
Experimenting with local AI?
Is anyone else experimenting with local AI? In my efforts to understand LLMs and Agentic AI I have found it really useful to be able to strip down the components and build them up together myself. It also helps me with reducing my need for subscriptions as I can use local LLMs for simple tasks and when I need complex reasoning or the latest features, then I can use the paid for models. I’m interested to know if any others are on this path.

@Richard Pascual that’s a really well considered response and very much in line with my thoughts. However my testing has shown me that you can get vastly different results depending on which LLM you are using so they are not all created equal. For the privacy and data sovereignty issue nothing beats self containment - and it’s perfect for use cases where you wish to tightly integrate with your socials and even banking apps. If your AI has access to those details then keeping them secure has to be a priority. Interestingly and just based on general observation I would say that the ā€˜big’ hosted LLMs are spending most of their time answering relatively trivial questions so I think as AI adoption increases - cost optimisation will become a factor and that may drive further demand for local models.
🧠 The biggest barrier to AI adoption isn't technical... it's psychological.
I talk to so many people who are afraid of AI. Fear of being replaced. Fear of it being too "hard." The truth? The people who will thrive are not the "coders"—it’s the curious. * Curiosity > Expertise. - Adaptability > Tradition. Do you feel empowered by AI, or is the "FOMO" starting to get to you? Let’s be real about it. ā¬‡ļø

All I see is opportunity- however I am the outlier in my workplace which is surprising when you consider I’m more of the oldest. I’ve adopted an AI first principle with work tasks where that becomes my go to and it’s freeing up more time for me to research and learn. That’s a win win.
Question: Would this be valuable
Many people form the TR world are coaches, content creators, and entrepreneurs. What is the one goal of mastering AI for all of you. For me, it is to create content easier and provide transformational solutions that are most robust. [trying to see where most people of the 90K are at]

Nice poll - I chose Other because my goal with AI isn’t just efficiency. It’s to build things that don’t exist yet. I’m here for innovation and fresh ideas and approaches
Looking into governance and testing
I’m a big fan of AI and want to see it used far more in business and home. I’m currently looking at governance and testing AI responses as we have to be sure that answers are validated and that there’s a framework for testing and ranking. Calling it responsible AI at the moment.

I started the idea in a specific context but quickly realized that it can apply to almost all generative AI output so now it’s becoming a framework in my mind. The use of LLM as a judge is also a key here so I see a continuous loop of validation and testing rather than a one shot compliance report.
