Hello 👋 @Shahid Hussain Abro
Looking for Long-Term Training Partners
LOOKING FOR 2-3 Sales Closers to train with LONG TERM (until getting a sales role) Look, people aren’t serious about sales Most aren’t in the consistent action phase, they’re just accumulating info Aka “productive procrastination” Respectfully (from personal experience) that’s not improving your skill (And that’s coming from an avid consumer) Reviewing, drilling and roleplaying are where the real improvements are made But even doing that once or twice won’t yield ANY results You have to do it CONSISTENTLY That’s why I’m looking to find 2-3 Rep Training PARTNERS to hop on calls to polish up our sales game. Requirements: 16-25 English as your first language (completely fluent) Clear Microphone Solid WiFi Connection And that’s it. No experience needed (Sound fair enough?) This isn’t just a one-off partnership, this is set for UNTIL you find and get yourself on an offer. This is long term Meaning (ideally) daily calls for consistent improvement Think of it like internal sales team huddles and game-tape review meetings (that you would find inside organisations with the most competitive offers) This is for those who: ✅ take being a closer serious ✅ care about being the best ✅ are comfortable being completely honest in giving AND receiving feedback But this isn’t for those who: ❌ consider being a closer as a “side hustle” ❌ can’t handle any feedback ❌ consider yourself to be too good to train (but lack any results lol) If you have ANY of these qualities above, don’t bother responding P.S: no one cares for your REASONS for being in sales, do what is required (Also no one believes or cares of for the fake “im passionate about sales” nonsense) So, If you are ready to hop on and commit to having a higher close rate from the get-go Like this and DM me anything along the lines of “Training Partner” (don’t answer the poll - let’s see if you can follow directions) And yes, I’ve just made a sales letter to pitch becoming a training partner - sales 🤷‍♂️

Heyy @Akbar Ab 👋!
RP Protocol: Best Practices for Booking Role Plays & Accountability Calls
Big shoutout to @Horst Bargsten for the great suggestion on sharing calendars for role plays. With so many new members joining the community who are eager to sharpen their skills through role plays and accountability calls, having a go-to post with best practices for coordinating them just makes sense Here’s what I’d recommend as best practices for getting the most out of this: 1. Drop your availability. In your post, provide your Calendly link (or similar scheduling tool) so others can book time with you. If you don’t have one, just list 2–3 windows you’re typically available each week (e.g., “Mon/Wed/Fri between 9–11am PT”). 2. Add context to your post. Include a quick line on what you’re looking to work on specifically: objection handling, discovery, cold calling, mock demos, or just general consistency/accountability. 3. Show up prepared. Whether you’re leading or participating, come with a clear focus for the session. Respect each other’s time by being on point and ready to give/receive feedback. 4. Keep the thread alive. Once you’ve booked with someone, drop a comment to say “Locked in with @Name for Friday at 10am PT”—it helps others see momentum and jump in. This community grows stronger when we all lean in and support each other. Looking forward to seeing more RP calendars roll in and more practice turning into BIGGER commission checks for y’all 🤑 Vinnie
