RP Protocol: Best Practices for Booking Role Plays & Accountability Calls
Big shoutout to @Horst Bargsten for the great suggestion on sharing calendars for role plays. With so many new members joining the community who are eager to sharpen their skills through role plays and accountability calls, having a go-to post with best practices for coordinating them just makes sense Here’s what I’d recommend as best practices for getting the most out of this: 1. Drop your availability. In your post, provide your Calendly link (or similar scheduling tool) so others can book time with you. If you don’t have one, just list 2–3 windows you’re typically available each week (e.g., ā€œMon/Wed/Fri between 9–11am PTā€). 2. Add context to your post. Include a quick line on what you’re looking to work on specifically: objection handling, discovery, cold calling, mock demos, or just general consistency/accountability. 3. Show up prepared. Whether you’re leading or participating, come with a clear focus for the session. Respect each other’s time by being on point and ready to give/receive feedback. 4. Keep the thread alive. Once you’ve booked with someone, drop a comment to say ā€œLocked in with @Name for Friday at 10am PTā€ā€”it helps others see momentum and jump in. This community grows stronger when we all lean in and support each other. Looking forward to seeing more RP calendars roll in and more practice turning into BIGGER commission checks for y’all šŸ¤‘ Vinnie

Community pulse check (important) 🚨
Over the past few months, I’ve noticed a big increase in job posts inside the group. While opportunities can be valuable, I don’t want this community to turn into a dumping ground for job posts. It needs to stay useful and actually help YOU win. So I need your honest feedback. Poll Question: have you personally connected with someone who posted a job opportunity in this group? 1. Yes - and it was legitimate 2. Yes - but it wasn’t a good fit 3. Yes - and it felt sketchy/not legitimate 4. No - I haven’t reached out to any 5. I was the one that posted the job opportunity Please vote below, and if you did connect, drop a comment and let us know: 1. Was it legit? 2. Was it commission-only? 3. Did it turn into an actual role? 4. Would you recommend others apply? At the end of the day, this group is supposed to be about getting better at sales, not just scrolling through job posts. If people are actually landing legit roles from this community, l’ll better organize it. If it’s mostly clutter, I’ll tighten things up and get back to real sales conversations. Appreciate everyone being real and transparent here. Your feedback matters, so please drop a comment if you’ve had firsthand experience. Vinnie
