🎄 Mindful December Check-In 🎄
As we head into the heart of the holiday season, it’s easy to fall into old patterns, overcommitting, overindulging, or pushing through when our bodies are asking for rest. But this year, we’re inviting something different! What’s one thing you want to do differently this holiday season for your health or stress levels? Maybe it’s skipping the extra party so you can get a full night’s sleep. Or setting boundaries with family. Or drinking one green smoothie a day. There’s no wrong answer, just what you need to support your wellbeing. Drop your intention in the comments. Let’s inspire and support each other to stay grounded, nourished, and present this month!

Planning ahead and getting the rest of my family on board to healthy eating. I am collecting clean eating recipes and having my family choose the ones they'd like to try. We all pitch in, in the kitchen. We are accustomed to making all our meals from scratch due to allergies (nuts, peanuts. eggs, shellfish, dairy) and taking our own food with us on the road while not eating out. The big difference now is staying away from grains and processed foods like cereal, pasta, and sauces, while focusing on clean whole food ingredients, mainly meat, fish, vegetables, healthy fats. It is a full time job with this family but I'm determined to help all of us be as healthy and happy as possible!
How do I get into the knowledge shop now?
Where do I connect to today's knowledge shop? Lucie

Our Deepest Fear
By Marianne Williamson Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, As children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; It's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we're liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

That is so true. For example, just yesterday, I taught eleven youth (6 year olds to sixth graders) their first archery lesson. Everyone seemed nervous at first, especially me as I haven't led a group this size in a while and their parents and the rec leader were watching. I thought to myself, 'Why did I take on this job? It might be a flop.' It was too late to turn back and I put 100% effort into it. Eventually, they seemed to feel empowered and happy by this new skill, and I asked the oldest one to start coaching others so we could finish the lesson within the time frame. By the end, all the children were excited for next week's lesson and the new 'assistant coach' said, "Thank you for letting me teach." It was such a successful experience for me to have brought sunshine into these kids lives and makes me want to forget my fears and live my best life so that I may continue to inspire others to find their purpose.
