How many hours per week skating?
How many hours per week do you average on your quads? I go in and out depending on weather, time, other things, etc. but I'm shooting for at least 7-9 ( at least one hour practice per day 5 days/week plus one rink session where I can apply, try to flow and just play. I'd love to do more but need to be realistic about my time right now.

Oh man you guys are putting me to shame! I do one session at the roller rink a week for 2-2.5 hours. Maybe two if I'm lucky. On top of that I might manage to squeeze an hour skate before bed once a week 😂

Indoor practice can be loud on the floors!
Any tips on making indoor practice quieter? What can I do, friends?

I just upgraded to harder wheels, bolted on more loosely - I make so much sound now! Maybe some super soft wheels screwed on fairly tightly will make less sound? (even if it might make everything less fun/fast)

Favourite brand of small wheels (31mm)
Hey! What is everyones favourite small diameter wheels. I see a lot of you guys in America using those orange ones - are they the retro ones they don't make any more? I friend of mine uses radar domino - any thoughts?
