Healthy Food = Better Studies…? 🥑
Most students rush around all day… Studying for a long time… You have lectures to attend… Then, you realize it’s time to eat lunch. Some students will take the “quick” option and go to the nearest fast food restaurant… But the smartest students know that healthy, home-cooked food is the best for brain power 🧠 Make sure to include these brain foods in your diet: Avocado 🥑 Eggs 🥚 Walnuts 🌰 Blueberries 🫐 Salmon 🍣 Spinach / leafy greens 🥬 Dark chocolate 🍫 Broccoli 🥦 Water 💧 Are you a healthy eater? I am a healthy eater and it has helped me tremendously with my energy, my focus and my sleeping 🌱 you have a great point here because all of those are necessary when studying and dedicating to learn something new, we want to show up in the best possible way ☺️ great post
📌 Know when to QUIT 📌
So, if you didn't know January 19th is consider "Quitters Day" this is the day (based on research) that many people abandon their New Year's resolutions!!! Shocking I know BUT it is true!. So in just two weeks into the year, the enthusiasm for big goals goes quickly down the toilet because people feel they aren't supported by realistic plans, habits, or accountability systems!!! . Let's DIG deeeper shall we? The Key Reasons for Resolution Failures by Quitters Day are: 1. Unrealistic Goals: Setting goals that are too ambitious without a step-by-step plan. Very unclear path to follow. 2. Lack of Motivation: Losing the initial excitement when challenges arise to go straight to the valley of despair. 3. No Accountability: Trying to achieve goals without support or external encouragement. This is really hard! 4. All-or-Nothing Mindset: Giving up completely after a single fall because we want ALL of it now. All or Nothing mentality is what makes you over indulge food when you started eating something unhealthy, stop going to the gym for the rest of the week because you missed Monday & Tuesday, etc. We really need to see goals on easy actionable steps of our day to day. . . 📌 So, How do we Avoid Becoming a Quitters Day Statistic: 1. Start Small: Break goals into manageable, short-term goals. 2. Don't be afraid to fail: Fail Forward, failing is part of success🌟 3. Focus on Habits: Develop daily routines that support long-term change. 4. Build Accountability: Lean on this community, work with a coach, or share goals with a friend. 5. Track Progress: Celebrate small wins to stay motivated. 6. Be Flexible: Allow for adjustments and don't give up after setbacks. . I DO believe there are things in life we should QUIT, none of those are our GOALS! So I really hope that after reading this you feel motivated not to be part of "Quitters Day" Let's FKIN GO !!!!!🔥 . Start TODAY to be intentional about your goals and finish your goals for January, share one here for accountability! 📌
