About sharing and opportunities for growing our community
Hi all! A little while ago, Taylor and I had a conversation about how we could get together more often in activities and have more shares happening with our group. This gave me the idea that I should share that I would love to see you guys share more and get together independently of me. This group is really not about me. It's more about us all together as a community. Some ideas: 1. Open up some meetings on the calendar for the Crystal Bowl Mastery members to share in Sound Meditations --Taylor mentioned leading this, however, having all contribute. 2. Create a "Happy hour" or "Tea time" where we could create a meeting as a hangout, where we could get to know each other better, even with some discussions outside of Sound Healing. 3. You could also take a look at the map and see if there are any members, even if it's just one or two that live close by and perhaps you could meet together in person. I feel it's important for you to know that you can share here and create something for the calendar and that I'm giving you complete permission to do so. So if you have a creative idea or you'd like to share something, that may not seem like it's only sound healing, but it will pull people together as a community. Please feel free to share and let me know if you'd like me to add something to the calendar. Soon, I will be making Taylor an admin for our group, so you may reach out to her as well. But for now, what do you think? Would you be interested in any of these ideas? Do you have any ideas of your own? Is there something you would like to see in this group that is not already happening here? Lots of love, Kalee

Crystal Bowl Mastery Pilot, Course + Update
Thank you all for your beautiful testimonials 💗 If you haven’t written a course review yet, it’s not too late! Your feedback truly helps future students who are looking for a clear, step-by-step path to becoming confident crystal bowl practitioners. When you write your review, please focus on the techniques, practices, and system in Crystal Bowl Mastery and how they support real outcomes (confidence, clarity, structure, fill in the blank, etc.). There’s no need to mention me personally; it’s more helpful to highlight how the course supports their journey and results. I’m currently working on the two landing pages, branding, and certificates, so your reviews are very timely and appreciated. There will also be an affiliate opportunity in the future for those who share the course with others. My priority is growing our Skool membership so I can offer meaningful affiliate commissions. Thank you again to everyone who has already shared and for being part of this pilot. It’s been a joy to work with you all 💎

Sound Journey for Crystal Bowl Mastery ✨
The intention for this sound journey is that we know and feel that all is well. 🌸 Enjoy some singing bowls, a rattle made with black tourmaline to shake out old energy, and some intuitive vocal toning. All really is well. 💗 Thank you for listening. ✨

Class 4 Takeaways
I loved this class, my thoughts: 1. I liked the discussion on types of sound healing experiences, lots of ideas on how to present this work. I did find the comment about no energy work during sound healing as it confuses the flow of energy very interesting. I hadn't thought about that before but it does make sense. And there are so many people doing Reiki group sessions while doing the sound. 2. While I do watch folks while I play I should probably tell them to raise their hand if the sounds are too intense. But I wonder what do you do then? Play slower, quieter, adjust how you're playing to accommodate one person? How should we shift our playing? 3. I agree it would be a good idea to share what I perceived during the session. That may encourage folks to share their experience. Also, I need to remember to become the frequency I want to project, so I need to slow down and breathe myself before I start playing. 4. Great business ideas too, especially about niching our packages for specific results, around what folks want to achieve at the end. So many great ideas. 5. I was glad to hear about how to arrange the mats so heads face the same direction and toward the bowls and feet aren't at people's heads due to energy release. This is very important, and great to know. I'll make those adjustments next time. 6. Want to know more...I've loved learning about the direction to play the bowls to move energy. Which bowls effect which bodily systems. I'm always interested in how frequency, notes, and playing duration invokes super deep journeys and how to make it an otherworldly experience. I'm sure there are many factors that come into play. Loved the lesson!!
🌿 Class 4 Homework — 10-Minute Sound Journey
For this homework, I’m playing my 8-Bowl Empyrean Crystal Singing Bowl Set in 432 Hz. These bowls have a smooth, polished exterior and a different tonal quality and response compared to frosted bowls, so you may notice the sound feels different in its resonance and layering. The polished surface supports a gentler, more fluid sound and offers a softer tactile experience. Frosted crystal bowls, which are more popular, also produce a beautifully meditative and grounding quality and are also quite wonderful. Because of the smooth exterior, I’m also able to work with the mallets a bit differently. At times, I use the rubbery or silicone edge of a wand about an inch below the rim, which creates subtle variations in texture and response. In this recording, I’m using Crystal Tones suede and silicone mallets. I also like using Sunreed’s Full Wrap Quartz Crystal Striker. In this sound journey, I focus primarily on the CEG and FAC chords, using a blend of the techniques Kalee shared during class. My intention was to stay present with pacing, transitions, and listening deeply to how the bowls interacted with one another and with the space. As always, I find it helpful to begin at a lower volume and gradually adjust upward to what feels most supportive and comfortable. This allows the nervous system to settle before building intensity and depth. Thank you for listening — I look forward to any reflections, feedback, or questions. 🌿✨
