Hi, For those of you in the US. if I may ask, what are your favorite yarn sources? I have one here but their stock is very limited.

I’m nervous it’s too bright 😅. Pale pink is color A and bright pink is color B. Too much pink? I adore the blue (color C) so I don’t want to do anything I might regret 🫠

I don't recall ever doing a swatch. I've just had a "wing it" mantra (& have been lucky). I really want this to turn out nice AND use up stash so I went ahead and swatched today. I'm a tight knitter so I knew US 6 wouldn't get me to gauge. US 7 gave me 22 sts in 4 inches and US 8 gave me 20 sts. What I really saw in my swatch though is my blending color likely won't work. It "disappears" into the main color. Ugh..... back to the drawing board.

Is anyone considering holding a kidsilk in tandem to give some fuzziness? ..... or, more importantly, would it be stupid to hold a kidsilk for only a few motif sections instead of throughout the entire sweater? (E.g. would stripes of halo look silly?)

Here are our colours 🌈 My daughter Viktoría (11 years old) has white/beige to pink and purple 🤍🩷💜 Mine are black, white and grey with some mohair and some glitter and thinking about neckline and hem in yellow 🖤🤍🩶💛 We can't wait to get out of our boxes and start the mystery 😃
