Got a question
So I have someone interested in selling a probate and she doesn’t live in the same state as the property. She says that she won’t be able to come down and unlock it until around the end of September. I told her I would like to look at it but I didn't push the issue. I’m wondering is there anything I could maybe do to look at it earlier than that or just follow up with her for awhile and wait it out until she comes.

Does she have any family or friends that she would trust with the keys? If so, seller can mail the keys to that trusted person.

@Cameron Cisse could yall make some kind of agreement and she send you the keys? I mean if she were to sell it on market she have to give access to an agent….
