I know sometimes we get stuck with what we're going through. I was stuck for along time until I broke the ice and just did exactly what Zach and Rick said. What are you struggling with?

Wholesaling To Buying My OWN 1ST Rental
From not knowing about wholesale real estate to now buying a rental property ....Guess who is buying his first rental property, ( ME ) It is 10 minutes from where i live. It is a 4 unit apartment all are 1 bedroom 1 bath units I am getting it on a seller financing deal for $30K It was completely gutted but 1 of the apartments has been drywalled, 1 has been 3/4 of the way drywalled ( BONUS ) there is a stack of drywall that will drywall 1 apartment, so basically I only need to buy drywall for the remaining apartment. Once this is finished it will have a positive monthly cash flow of $4,000 - $5,000. Its in a University town and only blocks away from the university so plans are to rent it on a month to month basis to the rich college kids. Hard work pays off keep grinding and keep going family

First and foremost, I want to give all glory to God for making this possible. This is truly a testimony of what faith, consistency, hard work, and patience can achieve. I joined this community back in December 2024, determined to accomplish what once felt completely out of reach. After following Zach and Rick on YouTube since 2021, I finally made the decision to stop watching and start taking action. And now, I’m beyond proud and grateful to share that I’ve officially closed my first real estate wholesale deal! When I started this journey 8 months ago, I didn’t have much, but I had faith. I took a leap, went all in, and stayed committed even when things got tough. There were moments I questioned whether I should keep going… but I held on. And today I want to encourage everyone in this community: don’t quit. You're closer to a breakthrough than it may appear—just keep pushing. I’m deeply thankful to every one of you who’s shared knowledge, motivation, and encouragement along the way. Your impact has been real. Go for the NO
Saw a FSBO listed at $125k. Seller preferred texting — so I kept it simple and confident. I offered $80k. He replied: “I’d do $85k.” That’s $40,000 off asking, just by going for the no. This right here proves what Zach and Rick preach is real: 📌 Go for the NO. 📌 Get out of analysis paralysis. 📌 Take action. Will this lead end up at the closing table? I don’t know — but what I do know is that it’s one lead closer because I took simple action. Don’t wait for perfect. Don’t worry if the number is “too low.” Just take the shot — and keep shooting. What action are you going to take today? Or better yet — what’s really holding you back?
