This is a Great question. Think of AI as your enhancement for the human connection. As my primary AI mentor says it's a 10/80/10 relationship - Humans have to be the first and last 10 but AI can do the 80% in the middle. Research, compilation, even ideas for connection and growth. When you are string at a blank page or can't seem to organize you thoughts, AI can give you the focus and support you request. But remember, it is going to give you what you request - and sometimes it can be wrong.
