Prayers
God is good! I came through surgery just fine!
Prayers welcome
To all the praying people. Please keep me in your prayers. I go in for heart surgery Monday the 20th at 7 am.
Hello all
I’m new here. I have had some problems with addictions in the past with alcohol. I have been clean now for about four years. I’m also recovering from an abusive marriage and I decided to support others as I heal. I feel like nothing is in vain and there’s always purpose in your pain. God has been my rock and the cornerstone in my life. Never leaving me nor forsaking me. Mike is a good dude I grew up in the same neighborhood as him, and seen a lot of the same things he did. Like I always say: break the cycle. The time is now.

📢 THIS WEEK’S BREAKTHROUGH ASSIGNMENT (03/30/26)
The Root — Understanding ACEs & Why Pain Doesn’t Stay in Childhood Family, this week we are going deep. This is not surface work. This is root work. Your assignment this week is to complete the ACE Reflection Worksheet and take time to honestly identify what childhood taught you about safety, trust, emotions, and survival. Some of the behaviors you battle today may not be character flaws at all—they may be survival responses from pain that never got healed. 📝 This Week’s Assignment ✅ Watch this Weeks video lesson in Classroom Titled : Understanding ACE's ✅ Complete the ACE Reflection Worksheet ✅ Identify your top 3 survival habits ✅ Write down one belief formed from childhood pain ✅ Replace it with one healing truth 💥 Breakthrough Challenge In the comments, share ONE truth that hit you hard this week: - What survival habit did you recognize? - What old belief are you challenging? - What healing truth are you choosing? Remember: Your past may explain your patterns, but it does not have permission to define your future. This week is about clarity, courage, and healing from the root. Let’s rise and heal together. 🔥🙏

This is a great assignment
So…
My Mom just called me because she was feeling my brothers death hard today. She was crying asking “will we ever get over this” I just said mommy I don’t know. When brother first passed I would block out the pain by using but I can’t do that anymore. I’m facing the pain and grief and man this is hard. RIP kid big sister misses you like crazy!
