Turning around
Today I turned around on my uncomfortable side and found that it’s easier to turn on that side as well 😅 I kept doing both side tho and found that I have more control on one side than the other(my uncomfortable side) the other side I have to use more of my leg muscle I feel like to try and control my movement more than the other side.

You did a great job! It definitely seems a little awkward at first, but then it starts to smooth out the more you drill it

I can’t seem to hold my eagle spread for longer than 1-2 seconds. I’m trying to figure out were my weight should go to hold it longer.

Fast backwards
Going fast and backwards has always been scary for me! But I’m stepping out of my comfort zone to learn the technique starting slowly 😂 Can’t wait to get faster!

What techniques are you working on?
Currently, I'm working on Manual variations and Pivots. Manuals - I can perform a Manual and Toe Manuals. Now I am trying to switch with Toe Manuals. This has been pretty difficult for me to get. I think my issue is comfortably and consistently shifting my weight. Pivot - This has been a process. Biggest issue switching from back to front. Especially when turning right. Any tips? What are you working on? What has been hard for you?

Im working on 1 foot pivot too. And I think need to work on strengthening my knees

I made this nutrition guide to share with my SK8 fam. This is meant to be a simple resource for improving your overall health and fitness so that you feel like your best self when it's time to lace up. This guide was inspired by my personal fitness and SK8 journey, as well as my time in the Air Force as a Chef and fitness Specialist.
