SUCCESS Sunday - What Was Your Win This Week?
Each week, I invite you to share your biggest win. This isn't about the scoreline, but rather what aspects of your goalkeeping you improved or what new product you got to enhance your game. Additionally, can you name three things you are grateful for? These don't have to be goalkeeper-related. The reason I do this is simple: everyone has tough weeks. Reflecting on and writing down your recent wins and what you're grateful for is a PROVEN way to realise that life is pretty great and you're a very lucky person. To get you started, here’s my win and what I'm thankful for this week: MY WIN: Getting over 5700 members and growing in this community, WHAT I AM GRATEFUL FOR: 1. Finally getting the free course live for you guys. 2. The amazing weather we have been having. 3. Adding another 9 goalkeepers to the J4K goalkeeper glove sponsorship program. Share your win below and what you’re grateful for. Let's keep INSPIRING each other - Comment below, whats your wins.👇👇👇 And Remember, you are ALOT better off than what you may think ❤️ Ray

my team played against chesterfield academy and won 5-2 today. Unfortunately I couldn’t play because of my injury
Training 💪
Consistency is one of the most important things for a young goalkeeper. Even on days when training is difficult, I try to stay focused and improve one small detail.

Amazing
Given the number 1 shirt
Two years ago I was selected to play for Devon fa under 12s. I had a great season wearing the number 16 shirt. Then I tried to move up to the under 14s still only 12 but was not successful. I was gutted and had a choice. I went away worked everyday on something related to goalkeeping . S&C, fitness, stretching, yoga. Trained after school with my dad 4 times a week played with my Exeter City and Plymouth Academy and my grassroots team. Built myself back up and went again a year later. After 4 long trials and I received the email congratulations. I had made the under 14s Devon fa team and Devon fa Schools team. The knock back was the best thing that could happen to me . I was determined I knew what I wanted . To now be handed the number 1 shirt makes all the hard work worth it. If someone says you're not good enough if you're dropped from a team if you make a mistake . Its what YOU do next that makes you who you are . NEVER give up and show the world how good you are. #J4K
