⚓ MID-WEEK CHECK-IN: Grace & The Greatest Gift 🎄
Happy Christmas Eve, community! Today is a day of celebration, but we also know it can be a day when our routines feel impossible to keep. Whether you are traveling, cooking, or spending time with loved ones, remember: The greatest gift we ever received wasn't earned by our perfect performance. If you didn't get your full workout in or hit your step goal today, don't let "perfection" steal your joy. Move your body where you can—even if it's just a walk around the block to see Christmas lights! Let’s check in: 1. How are you moving your body today to stay energized? (A quick stretch, a family walk, or a morning gym session?) 🏋️‍♂️👣 2. What is one thing you are thanking God for this Christmas Eve? 🙏 May you feel His peace today. Let's finish the week focusing on Progress, not stress! Why this works for today:

My primary activity this week has been walking. I've reached 10k every day so far. I've had back pain, so would love prayer for healing.
😇"Take 5"
Our spiritual life isn't about following a checklist of rules; it’s about a daily walk with Jesus. We aren't striving for perfection to earn God's love—we are making Progress because he already loves us. To grow in our faith, we are committing to a daily 'Take 5'—giving 5 minutes of our day to the Lord. (That's not to say you should only take 5 minutes.) Take 5: 1. Scripture (2 Mins): Read one chapter or a verse of the day. 2. Prayer (2 Mins): Thank God for His grace and ask for guidance for the day ahead. 3. Surrender (1 Min): Lay your biggest worry at the foot of the Cross. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Comment below with a Verse of the Day that spoke to you, or a specific Prayer Request. Let’s carry each other's burdens as a community."

"For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord." Luke 2:11 ESV.
👣 WEEKLY STEP CHALLENGE: [12/21/25 - 12/27/25]
We aren't training for a marathon; we’re training for a better life. Walking is the most underrated tool for our physical and mental health. Today, we are setting our Step Goals. It doesn't matter if your goal is 3,000 steps or 15,000—the only rule is that you move more today than you did yesterday. How to Participate: 1. THE MORNING COMMITMENT: Comment below right now with your Step Goal for today. 2. THE MIDDAY CHECK-IN: Reply to your own comment at lunch. How are you doing? Do you need to take a lap around the office or the block? 3. THE NIGHTLY WIN: Before you head to bed, post your final number (or a screenshot of your health app). Remember: If you hit 4,000/5,000, that isn't a failure—that is Progress. > I'll start...

Let’s Be Real: What’s Your Biggest Hurdle??
Tired but Determined!
I went to bed late last night, didn't get up in time to do my workout and now I'm at work mad at myself. With that being said, I'm not letting that mess my day up. I ate some yogurt and oats with blueberries for breakfast. I will get 10,000 steps in today. I am also starting my devotional today, because spiritual fitness is just as important as physical fitness. #Progress/Perfection
