before we rush into new goals, let’s pause for a second. what is one accomplishment from 2025 that you are genuinely proud of? it does not have to be a number on the scale or a max lift. it could be consistency, boundaries, showing up when it was hard, or simply not quitting. drop it in the comments. this space is for celebrating progress, not perfection. bonus prompt: what did that accomplishment teach you about yourself?

Consistency is something I have been proud of this year. I try to get my 3 times in each week with a trainer, even if it means I go to a different site.
Friday Check-In ✨
how did you show up for yourself this week physically, mentally, or emotionally it doesn’t have to be a pr or a perfect week to count. sometimes consistency looks like just not giving up when things feel messy. share one win from this week. big or small. we celebrate all of it here 🤍

I went to training today even though it’s the day after Christmas, went to a different gym/different trainer and it was good!

Well, I survived another endurance training day. 25 reps of an exercise is tough!
